Our small stable is equipped with five large boxes (3.60m x 3.00 m and 4.50m x 3.00m) for our broodmares (supervision, assistance and care of the newborn foal) but also to accommodate the horses of the guests of the Hôtel des Bains & Wellness during equestrian stays.

Presentation
This former 1927 farmhouse, located opposite the Hôtel des Bains, was used for cattle rearing and milk production. Our aim was to preserve the original building and give a new lease of life to this exceptional setting on the shores of Lake Robertville.
In 2021, the colossal works were undertaken to bring our stables to life.

The estate covers 11 hectares spread over several plots within a 3-kilometre radius of the stables.

Thanks to the collaboration of Adrien, the stables manager, our first 'paddock paradise' was created on three hectares with a one-kilometre track allowing our horses to roam freely with several resting and forage areas.

Our facilities are constantly evolving to offer the best possible conditions for the well-being of our horses.

ON HOLIDAY WITH YOUR HORSE...

A great way to discover the region and the Hautes-Fagnes nature park.
Our stables are at your disposal for an equestrian break.
A break for you and your horse to recharge your batteries in an enchanting setting.
We welcome your horse in a secure box, with shavings, water and hay as much as you like, and parking for your van or lorry.
For guests staying at the Hôtel des Bains & Wellness, we ask for a contribution towards the cost of the stalls, at the rate of 30 euros per night per horse.
We will be happy to help you organise your arrival and provide you with information about places to ride. On request, we can also arrange for a guide to accompany you on the trails of the Hautes-Fagnes.
We will do everything we can to make your stay a pleasant one.

Our breeding
THE LUSITANIAN
The Lusitano is a saddle horse breed of Portuguese origin, with the same genetic origins as the purebred Spanish horses.
The Lusitano has a strong will and an exceptional, gentle and very stable mentality. They are naturally receptive to learning.
Friendly and obedient, they show great courage and are able to keep a cool head, which is important as a working horse.
The Lusitano enjoys a positive image with the general public, thanks in particular to Portuguese bullfighting and its performance in dressage.
Its charisma and physique make it a very popular and much-loved horse.

OUR HORSES
Our small breeding operation is constantly evolving as a result of our research into the genetics of our horses and our love affair with them.
We started in 2020 with two mares and then evolved with the first births of our breeding "do LAGO".
