THE DISHES ARE HOMEMADE, CREATED ON THE PREMISES USING RAW INGREDIENTS. THE MEAT AND FISH ARE SOURCED FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION. THE CHIPS ARE PEELED AND CUT ON THE PREMISES USING POTATOES AND COOKED IN BEEF FAT.
The Restaurant Au Cheval Blanc is open from noon to 2.30 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.
The restaurant is closed on Mondays, Tuesdays at noon and Wednesdays at noon.
