Circuit of Francorchamps
The Spa Francorchamps circuit is located near Francorchamps in the municipality of Stavelot and also overlaps with Malmedy in the Belgian Ardennes. Every year the Francorchamps circuit hosts numerous car races such as the Belgian Formula 1 Grand Prix and the 24 Hours of Spa endurance race.
It was in 1924 that the Francorchamps circuit was first used to host the Belgian Grand Prix. Since then, many improvements have been made to modernise the Francorchamps circuit and today it regularly exceeds 300 kilometres per hour.
