Hosting

  1. How much does a stay cost?

    Rates depend on the period and length of your stay. To find out the exact rate for your dates and requirements, please contact us directly or check availability and rates online.

  2. What type of accommodation can I book?

    At the Hotel des Bains & Wellness, we offer different room categories: the classic room, the lake view room with terrace, the garden terrace room, two junior suites, a large suite and the four-person villa. All our rooms are different and have their own charm. At Cheval Blanc, our six apartments each have a small kitchen, bathroom and living room, and can accommodate 2 to 4 people for a short stay.

  4. What are the arrival and departure times?

    Your room will be available from 3:00 pm and we kindly ask you to vacate it by 11:00 am.

  5. Are there bathrobes in the room?

    Bathrobes, slippers and pool towels are available in your room.

  6. Is breakfast included in my room rate?

    Breakfast is included in our stay packages. We offer five breakfast options to get the day off to a good start. This information is given on the offers and prices.

  7. Does the facility have a wellness area?

    Yes, a wellness area with a relaxation room and massages is at your disposal. A variety of treatments are available, and prior reservation is recommended.

  8. Is there a Jacuzzi in the rooms?

    Our rooms are not equipped with Jacuzzis, but you can enjoy them in our Spa.

  9. Does the establishment have a fitness room?

    No, we don’t have a fitness room, but many outdoor activities (hiking, biking,,,) are available nearby.

  10. Is it possible to have a room with two single beds in your establishment?

    Yes, on request, we can provide certain rooms with two single beds. Please specify when booking.

Services & Benefits

  1. What services does the establishment offer?

    We offer friendly accommodation with free Wi-Fi, parking, outdoor pool (in season), Spa (with pool, sauna, hammam and jacuzzi) garden/terrace, breakfast, pétanque court, billiards table, electric bike hire, stables … and many other services.

  2. Do i need to make a reservation to access the Spa?

    The Spa is accessible whenever you like and without reservation during opening hours: between 8:00 and 20:00.

  3. Is there a luggage locker on site?

    Yes, we can store your luggage before or after departure, on request.

  4. What are the reception's opening hours?

    We are open from 8:00 to 24:00. Outside these hours, we can be reached by telephone for any emergency.

  5. What facilities are available in the hotel's rooms?

    Each room features comfortable bedding, en-suite bathroom with bath sheet, TV, Wi-Fi, water carafe, bathrobe, slippers and pool towels.

  6. Is there a minibar in the rooms?

    Junior suites and grand suites are equipped with minibars, and drinks are available in our honesty bar on the first floor. Here you’ll find a wide selection of drinks and snacks. This offer is self-service, so please fill in the consumption forms.

  7. Are pets allowed on the premises?

    No, pets are not allowed in the hotel.

  8. Is the hotel suitable for families?

    The Hotel des Bains & Wellness is for adults only. On the other hand, our “Au cheval Blanc” establishment is the ideal place for a family get-together.

  9. Is the hotel adapted for people with reduced mobility?

    Unfortunately, our hotel is not fully adapted to disabled guests, as the access is not adapted and the elevator is too small. However, we do our best to accommodate every traveler’s specific needs.

  10. Is the hotel romantic?

    Yes, our tranquil setting, surrounded by nature and overlooking Lake Robertville, with its cosy atmosphere, lends itself perfectly to a romantic getaway.

  11. What kind of breakfast does the establishment serve and at what time?

    Our hotel will serve you breakfast between 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. We offer four “anti-gaspillage” breakfast formulas to get your day off to a good start.

Accessibility

  1. How do I get to the facility?

    From any Belgian station, we advise you to take the train to Verviers central, then take the TEC bus to Malmedy Halle des Sport and transfer to Robertville.

  2. Does the hotel offer an airport shuttle?

  3. Is it easy to park your car on the premises?

    We have a large parking lot at the hotel reserved for our guests.

  4. Is the facility close to the city center?

    The hotel is close to Malmedy, Spa, Eupen,…

  5. How far is the hotel from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit?

    The hotel is 20 km from the Spa-Francorchamps racetrack, and we personally organize shuttles to some of the races.

  6. What cities are close to the plant?

    The hotel is 11 km from the center of Malmedy, 19 km from the center of Stavelot and 30 km from the center of Spa.

Catering

  1. Does the establishment have one or more on-site restaurants?

    We have an on-site restaurant, LAGO, offering generous gourmet dishes placed at the center of the table for a moment of sharing where time stands still for an evening.

  2. Is the restaurant accessible to people not staying at the hotel?

    Yes, the restaurant is open to outside guests who are not staying at the hotel.

  3. How can I reserve a table in the restaurant?

    Reservations can be made by calling 080. 67.95.71 or directly online or by calling 080 67 09 10.

  4. Can I eat à la carte?

    You can eat à la carte in the restaurant, and menus are available for stays and certain packages.

  5. Does your restaurant offer vegetarian dishes?

    Our chef concocts dishes to suit all tastes, and we offer a wide range of vegetarian dishes.

  6. Do you have any alternatives if we have food allergies or intolerances?

    We adapt our cooking to suit your food intolerances and allergies.

The Spa

  1. Does the establishment have a spa?

    Yes, our hotel is equipped with a Spa (swimming pools, sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi and treatment rooms), ideal for a moment of relaxation and well-being.

  2. Can outside customers come to the SPA?

    The spa is open to guests from outside the hotel. Several access packages are available: for three hours or a full day, day with massages, spa subscriptions, etc.

  3. Does the facility have one or more swimming pools?

    Yes, we have an indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool (in season) accessible to our hotel guests and also to people not staying at the hotel.

  4. When can we use the Spa?

    Our Spa is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

    During your stay, you can take advantage of the SPA within the reservation times of your accommodation, i.e. from 3 pm to 11 am on the day of departure.

    As part of a package stay, you can use the spa until 3pm on the day of departure, without any additional charge.

  5. Is it compulsory to wear a swimsuit?

    Yes, you must wear a bathing suit in our spa and wellness area.

  6. Does your facility offer care?

    Yes, we offer a range of treatments (massages, facials and body treatments). Please book in advance to guarantee availability.
